Classe de Mer
Coastal activity days
For Primary Schools
Go afloat or teach on the beach with our action-packed activity days for primary school children. Classe de Mer takes place on the sheltered waters of the Menai Strait and Anglesey in North Wales.
Take a powerboat journey through the Strait, go on a seashore safari, rockpool dipping, sketch and paint, spot the seabirds, go surfing and a whole lot more. Using our resource packs for primary schools, your class can explore this fascinating coastline throughout the school year, in all seasons.
Our marine themed activities are unique in the UK, with activity days taken by boat as well as self-guided challenges ideal for understanding your local bay. Each activity day is highly practical and interactive, with links to your national curriculum work throughout the school year.
Classe de Mer is flexible, easy to follow, and you can book a single or series of activity days for your school.
